Very helpful staff, quick confirmation, travel agency within the hotel, arranged tours and train tickets, airport pickup.
Nothing to dislike.

A very friendly staff awaits you. The breakfast was very varied. One is very close to the lake and yet in a relatively quiet side street. At half past eleven the peace returns.

Very central location, but not on a main road. Very friendly staff. Nothing extravagant, but good, cheap and clean.
When taking a shower, you put the bathroom under water and it was pretty smelly. The fact that it is loud in Hanoi is not the hotel's fault. But since the windows are not really tight, it is quite loud.

had a great time at this hotel! the staff was so helpful and friendly, and they even helped me find a guide for my photography work. the location was perfect, near the lake and all the historical sights. loved the large room and comfy beds, and the small balcony was a nice touch to watch the city activities.
Noisy outside until midnight.

Great location in the old quarter with easy access to the lake and fantastic eateries. Staff was exceptionally helpful, providing directions, airport transfers, and even holding our luggage. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
Nothing negative to say.

We were able to visit the most romantic path near the Westlake and take in the picturesque landscape of Hanoi. We also had a blast exploring the historic temples and pagodas along the surrounding path. The tour we took that circled around the Long Bien bridge and the French Opera House was so cool! And let's not forget our excursion to the Dark & Bright Cave, which was absolutely amazing. This hotel made our vacation unforgettable!
The only thing we would ask for is more fun activities for young party-going people. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great, but it would have been even better if they offered some kind of late-night party or social event for us teenagers.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. It is tucked away in a small quiet alley, ensuring a peaceful stay while still being in the center of the old city. The rooms are exactly like in the pictures - clean, spacious, and with double beds. I loved having a small but adequate balcony where I could sit and soak in the atmosphere. Plus, the breakfast included in the price was a great bonus.
All was spot on.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just a short walk from the lake and local market. The transfer service provided by the hotel from the airport to the hotel was very helpful.
While I enjoyed my stay overall, I did notice that some rooms had low ceilings or no windows which can be inconvenient. Pricing for food in the area around the hotel can also be expensive for tourists.

The hotel's location was perfect for my New Year's stay! Only a quick walk from the lake and other tourist hotspots. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating my needs whenever necessary, and able to provide information about day trips. The room was clean and comfortable, with all important amenities included.
While the room was nice, the hotel didn't have a restaurant on site, and I had to go next door for breakfast. , the stairs were a bit cramped and not ideal for those who are less mobile.

The hotel itself was tucked away in a small quiet alley, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and spacious, with two very comfortable double beds and a balcony to enjoy the view.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main street in the old quarter, making it central to plenty of tourist attractions. it's really close to the lake, allowing easy access for sunset walks. The friendly staff are always available to help and the rooms are clean with comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast served next door is delicious with a variety of options.
The narrow staircase can be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

The hotel had a great location right in the center of the old quarter, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The balcony offered a nice view of the bustling street life below. the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise and made my stay much more comfortable.
One drawback of the hotel was the noise level, especially at night. The windows were not very soundproof, so I could hear the noise from outside late into the night.

The hotel is situated right next to the lake in the very center of the old quarter which made transportation easy. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of traditional Vietnamese food.
For us, it was ideal.
